  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery and maintain product freshness.

2. Refunds and Returns

  • No Refunds or Returns: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products once they are shipped, due to their perishable nature.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement.
  • Proof Required: Please send clear photos or videos showing the damage to our email at contact@verofroot.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Review Process: We will review the evidence and notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
  • Each jar of jam is carefully handmade and inspected before shipping to ensure the best possible quality.
